Multi Photo Frames

You need to have at least a few photos that fit the number and sizes of the apertures in the design. For instance, if you pick a design for four 6 X 4" photos, you've got to find at least four photos that are at least 6 X 4". The apertures in the mount will be cut so they cover your 6 X 4" photos by about 3mm on both sides. We usually recommend having a few more photos so you can try out different arrangements before you decide on the final ones.

All the frames are made with real wood mouldings that are about 22mm wide and 22mm deep. They come with an acid-free mount board that's cut to fit your needs, top-quality clear acrylic glass, a sturdy MDF backing board, and hanging hooks. Just a heads up, we don't use the cheap styrene glazing you'll find in the low-quality stuff you'll find elsewhere.

All orders are dispatched the next working day and sent via a next working day courier(most UK addresses). Deliveries to some areas of the UK can take 2-4 working days. Weekends and Bank Holidays are not working days so we do not dispatch or deliver on these days. Also, we don't send out any orders while we're closed for Christmas and until we get back open in early January.

All pricing is inclusive of delivery to the majority of addresses within the United Kingdom. However, it is important to note that certain exclusions exist for specific regions in Scotland and the UK Isles, owing to the elevated costs associated with courier services in these areas. Upon checkout, delivery charges will be automatically calculated, ensuring that any additional fees are clearly and transparently displayed. Our dispatch services are limited to England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

If you're not happy with the product for any reason, you can send it back for a full refund. You need to send it back in its original, unused condition and in the packaging it came in. You have to pay for the return yourself and get it back within 14 days from when it was delivered.
We're sorry, but we can't give you a refund for anything that's been used. This means no peeling off the protective film from the glazing, and no putting the hanging hooks into the frame. Also, if the item is damaged when you return it, we can't refund it. So, make sure to pack the item back up just like you got it.

Should your screen device be precisely calibrated, it will accurately represent the frame and mount colours as they appear in reality. Nonetheless, it is highly improbable that your screen device is calibrated with absolute precision, thus it is advisable to anticipate a certain degree of discrepancy.

You would need a roll of suitable tape such as Kraft Tape. For each photo you should run a line a tape along the top edge so that 50% of the tape is exposed and 50% is stuck to the back of the photo. The mount can be positioned onto the photo and pressure applied around where the tape is located.

You can order more complicated custom layouts, in many more frame styles and mount colours, with our partners at EasyFrame. The prices would be higher as the layouts are created bespoke for you, and the item would not be refundable as it would be custom made to order.
